Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and shipping method selected.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also track your order status anytime through your account on our website.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bergen Performance Marine LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
